Agencies
PPP is looking for Agencies (re-sellers of live fish), both within Benin and in neighbouring countries Niger , Burkina Faso , and Togo .

Catfish will survive transport over very long distances if kept cool, making possible the export of live fish.

Tilapia can only be transported short distances, as survival is limited out of water. At the moment, no facilities exist for tank transport or ice manufacture.

Fingerlings
During the rainy season PPP will produce large numbers of Clarias fingerlings for sale to fish farmers throughout Bénin. Fingerlings will be sold at around 5-10cm in length. Orders must be placed in advance, and the minimum purchase is 1000 fingerlings. They are counted into plastic bags inflated with oxygen for collection by customers. Delivery is possible. A delivery charge will be applied, based on the distance to and from the customer’s site.
