The Company: PPP is owned by a group of shareholders in Benin, Nigeria, the USA and the UK. The farm was built and is managed by Dr. Hilary Sydenham, who is a famous figure widely regarded as the "Father of Fish Farming in Nigeria".

The Company built the farm itself on land allocated by Local Government Authorities in Parakou. We are pleased to record the encouragement, assistance and goodwill given to PPP by the Elected Officials at the Mairie, and their permanent officials.

| Our mission: The Company is dedicated to producing top quality food fish and fingerlings. Among the shareholders are two experienced fish biologists and a commercial banking specialist, and all are working together to create a highly effective farm working on sound economic and environmental principles. |
